Office Manager Bill Metzger Plumbing is a family-owned business serving the residents of Orange County for over 50 years. Our administrative team is growing and we are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Office Coordinator! Pay: Up to $28.00- $35.00/hr DOE Benefits: Medical (50% covered by employer), Vision, Paid holidays, Paid vacation, Paid sick time, Simple IRA with company match Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, some overtime Primary Job Function: To provide office and administrative support using a variety of computer and organizational skills. Responsible for dispatching and scheduling, parts/ equipment ordering, typing up proposals, paperwork and filing, invoicing, and other administrative duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or its equivalent Ability to pass a drug and background check 2+ years administrative/office experience Professional communication; written and verbal Well organized and the ability to work independently Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail Capable of working in a fast-paced environment Collaborates well with others office assistant, admin, admin jobs, office jobs, administration jobs, admin work
