NURSE POSITION Our MA/LPN staff play a key role in promoting the wellness of our family practice patient population by performing a wide range of services, and are passionate about patient care and ensure delivery of efficient, high-quality patient care, while working in a busy health care environment. Our number one priority is treating patients with courtesy, respect and patience, regardless of the circumstances. Our MAs/LPNs maintain an orderly, efficient and timely flow of patients by escorting patients to exam rooms, taking vitals, and collecting specimens. They assist our providers with minor diagnostic procedures and treatments as directed, perform immunizations, deliver tests, obtain results, report to patients concerning test results and answer patient telephone inquiries on medical care by the end of the day. We utilize a patient centered team approach to care and our nurses are a vital part of our health care delivery team. Our MAs/LPNs are organized, have a strong attention to detail and able to communicate effectively with their care team. Qualifications Acute care and/or family practice medical experience required and pediatric experience preferred Strong personal communication skills Computer experience required Organizational and analytical skills required Multicultural experience and second language helpful Certificate/Licenses: Current license/certification to practice in South Dakota WORK SCHEDULE Monday thru Friday, day time hours and may work 4-10 hour shifts Are you compassionate , and committed to improve the life of the patients you serve?
