Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC is seeking Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide services in Carbon, Monroe, Schuylkill, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Lehigh, and/or Pike Counties. Matrix was founded by parents of two children with special needs. Our sole focus is to provide high quality services and taking good care of our employees. Full-time and part-time hours are available mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Supervision of BACB candidates is provided free of charge to qualified staff. Duties and Responsibilities of BHT and RBT include but are not limited to: Complete required Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and case related trainings as assigned. Provide one on one ABA interventions for children and adolescents in home, school, and community settings. Follow individualized ABA treatment plans to provide appropriate therapeutic services. Transfer skills to school personnel and family members. Attend weekly supervision. Record data and chart progress daily. Requirements for Behavioral Health Technician (BHT): Must meet one of the following requirements: Have a high school diploma and/or associate degree and/or bachelor's degree and completed a 40-hour RBT training Have 2 years of experience in providing ABA services and 40 hours of training related to ABA Have a certification as a BCaBA. Have a certification as an RBT. Have board-certified autism technician certification (BCAT). Have a behavior analysis certification All degrees and coursework must be from an accredited program and/or university or college.As such, we are now offering tuition reduction opportunities for ALL staff levels and their families - just for being a Matrix employee! Tuition reduction rates will vary based upon the institution the employee chooses. For example, 10%, 20%, and up to 50% tuition reduction!
