Responsibilities Meet and follow sales requirements and goals set forth from management. Provide proper follow-up by returning all customer inquiries promptly. Process orders once received from customers. Help manage an effective and cost efficient product for customers. Maintain superior customer service by tracking missing orders, answering / correcting complaints concerning billing, service rendered. Refer customer concerns of service failure to the designated department for investigation. Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client's desires Acting as the client's representative in a firm to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs Communicating with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed Qualifications High School diploma, and one to three years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. College degree or equivalent experience preferred. Effective communication skills Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Experience working with Microsoft Office suite High-energy and passion Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (Break) Job Posted by ApplicantPro
