Short & Long Term Disability, Employer Paid Life Insurance, Vacation/PTO, Paid Holidays Schedule: Monday - Friday, with a rotating weekend on-call schedule Primary Job Function: To provide maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Required Qualifications: Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Minimum of 3 years of residential service and troubleshooting experience EPA Certification Must be knowledgeable about different troubleshooting techniques Knowledgeable of air balancing principles and techniques Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints Experience making repair and replacement decisions Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and extreme temperatures Ability to operate power and hand tools safely Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds Demonstrate the willingness to invest time in-service training seminars and classes Enroll in HVAC courses and/or in-house training programs Advanced customer service and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal directions as given Ability to work in a team environment Qualifications Desired: NATE certification is a plus, but not required
