Join Community Services Group (CSG) as a Mobile MH/ID Behavioral Intervention Clinician (LCSW, LSW, LPC) for our Adult Community Based/Mobile Mental Health (MH)/Intellectual Disability (ID) Behavioral Intervention Program in Lancaster and Lebanon County, PA and find meaning in your work every day. This position can be based out of Lancaster or Lebanon County. Travel to these locations will be required, reimbursement for work related travel provided. No On-call or weekends required. Hiring immediately for this position. CSG is offering a $1,000.00 Sign-On-Bonus for this position that will be paid after successful completion of the initial evaluation period. This position offers: $50,000 per year. Full-Time (40 hrs./wk.) Monday to Friday hours from 9 AM to 5 PM. Clinical supervision hours towards LCSW licensure for candidates who qualify. As a Mobile MH/ID Behavioral Intervention Clinician , you are responsible for providing direct clinical care, support and training services to adults with MH/ID needs, their families and their teams. You will also be responsible for the development of behavioral intervention plans for people with MH/ID needs served by Lancaster and Lebanon Counties in a variety of settings. You will work closely with the adult and their identified team to monitor the development and implementation of behavioral programs. You will be responsible for ensuring individuals' rights and quality programming in accordance with the principles of recovery and resiliency, self-determination, positive approaches, CSG policies and applicable regulations. You will also: Work directly with adults diagnosed with mental health and intellectual disabilities, families, and groups to address and treat emotional and mental illnesses, behavioral challenges and to promote wellness. Conduct multi-dimensional assessments including functional behavioral assessments, motivational assessment scales, and other necessary assessments as needed. Utilize direct instruction, coaching, modeling and facilitation to teach skills. Design, implement and monitor behavioral and crisis management plans. Provide information, training and technical assistance to teams in the areas of trauma, dual diagnosis, psychiatric symptom management, positive behavior supports, autism, behavior shaping techniques, crisis management, etc. Lead and facilitate teams and provide conflict resolution within teams. Act as a resource person for the individual, nurse, interdisciplinary team members and other auxiliary staff in areas related to behavioral programming. Participate in team meetings, therapy appointments etc. as requested in order to provide guidance and support to staff. Monitor progress through direct interaction, on-site visits, data collection and analysis to ensure appropriate and adequate team follow through with behavior plans, tracking sheets, psychiatric PRN protocols and other monitoring tools. May be requested to participate in the development of service or treatment plans to determine long and short term goals. Work closely with other specialists to maximize the level of care. Adhere to and upholds the ethical standards and guidelines of the profession. Document work in accordance with CSG, regulatory and payer standards in the areas of assessments, behavioral plans, progress notes, treatment plans, discharge procedures, and other related activities. Participate in education and other activities necessary to maintain competency in clinical work and to utilize best practice standards. Communicate effectively and work cooperatively with others. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum of two years of direct practice experience with people with MH/ID diagnosis or closely related practice area. Have a current license as a Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Knowledge of conflict resolution, and dual diagnosis (MH/ID) Able to work flexible hours as needed. Have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle to attend trainings, and meetings. Travel required to individuals' homes, work locations, offices and other settings where services will be performed. Have the ability to obtain clearances as defined by regulations.
