Electrical Design Engineer Intern Position Summary Listed work hours 7:30am 4:00pm (Negotiable) Provides controls solutions, electrical design packages and software based on specifications, and standardized design practices. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Assist Engineers with answering electrical questions regarding manufacturing, sales, service, purchasing, engineering and R&D related to Cryomech products. Assists Engineers with the design/troubleshoot/test of new control circuits. Test/troubleshoot new vendor parts Prepare work instructions related to electrical controls Responsible for RoHS compliance Train new and existing employees on electrical equipment Act as backup contact for power/electrical systems. Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Education Requirements In pursuit of a Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience in software development preferred. Hands-on experience with PLC programming/troubleshooting. Experience working with regulatory standards such as IEC, UL, NEC, and CE.
