Primary essential duties and responsibilities: Maintain and make general repairs to the plumbing fixtures, furniture, woodwork, electrical system, appliances, elevators, ventilation system and building structure of the Club Maintain the Club's pool facility including the filtration system Maintain the Club's residences Conduct plumbing repairs such as leaking pipes and faucets, and clogged drains Perform various duties involving painting, plumbing, carpentry and electric work Maintain the air conditioning, refrigerators and ice makers Keep the workshop areas safe, clean and organized Respond to emergencies at any time Assist with the preparation and setup of functions, parties, tournaments, etc., by setting up tables and chairs, installing decorations and constructing display pieces Run errands that include transports, deliveries and postal mailings Applicant must maintain regular, consistent and reliable attendance. Must be available to work day and evening shifts, as well as all days of the week including weekends and Holidays.
