Acenda is an integrated health care agency dedicated to industry-leading prevention, treatment, and wellness services compassionately delivered to ensure that every individual, family, and community achieves their greatest potential What You'll Do Bring a compassionate, strength-perspective, and holistic initiative to our population of individuals in need of therapeutic interventions for Co-occurring challenges Communicate with Team members/Supervisor and utilize the Team approach Assist with co-occurring stabilization for those we serve, and any medication needs for our individuals to enhance their daily quality of life Utilize assessment and evidenced-based modalities to ensure the most successful outcome for the individual's needs (MI, CBT, Solution-focused, IMR, etc) Participate in innovation initiatives designed to engage families and communities in treatment Ensure proper service linkage to appropriate level of care and flow upon exiting our 30-day Early Intervention Support Service What We Provide Competitive salary and 401k with a match Flexibility with your work setting and hours Career advancement opportunities including participation in Acenda's Leadership Development Program.
