The Northeast YMCA is looking to fill positions in our Teen Summer Camp Program! Get paid to play and have fun ! If you love working with children and are available to work weekdays we would like to hear from you! As a Summer Camp Counselor, you will have an opportunity to work with youth in grades 6-8th. Must be over the age of 18, have a valid Florida driver's license, and able to pass a level 2 background screening. We are looking for Part-Time & Full Time staff to join our team. This position will run from May 31st to August 5th with plenty opportunities for staying involved with the Y as we move into the school year. Shifts will generally run 7:00am - 1:00pm for mornings and 12:00pm - 6:00pm for evenings! Individual hired in this position may be eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus . The YMCA provides it's team members with a stream of development opportunities starting with your First Aid/CPR Training and Certification. Daily job duties include supervising, engaging, having fun and leading youth in indoor/outdoor recreational games, swimming, S.T.E.A.M. and mission projects, as well as plenty of field trips!
