* * * $5,000 Commitment Bonus * * * This position is responsible for facilitating brief, individual and group behavioral therapy for individuals with mental illness and their families, as appropriate. Therapists will demonstrate proficiency in utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including complementary medicine approaches, and will specialize in areas as determined through consultation with the Clinical Director. Therapists will meet productivity and caseload management standards for both individual and group therapy as established by the co-directors. Therapists are also responsible for conducting thorough initial and ongoing assessments to identify each client's need, to develop a client-centered treatment plan, and to identify and facilitate access to internal and external services that may further benefit each client. Minimum Qualifications: Master's level degree in psychology, counseling or a related field and a minimum of two years of supervised clinical work experience. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, organizational skills and the ability to effectively work with a multidisciplinary team. Strong clinical skills with working knowledge of mental health system, treatment modalities, and recovery approaches. Computer literacy, specifically in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word. Ability to effectively work with persons with mental illness and develop comprehensive treatment plans for their program participation. Act 31/33/34 Clearance and FBI Criminal Background Check. Valid driver's license with access to a vehicle during scheduled work hours.
