Description:
Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that all maintenance requests are completed. Perform heating and air-conditioning related repairs, snow removal, etc. They assist with making vacant apartments ready for move-in. Ensure completion of all resident work orders. In general, Maintenance Technician has a good level of knowledge and experience in the following areas: HVAC certification preferred, Plumbing, Painting, Drywall Repair, Electrical and Customer Service.The ideal candidate must be out-going, friendly and reliable, possess 1-2 years' experience and should also be available to work weekdays and some weekends. Must be responsible for taking calls for after-hours emergency maintenance. We offer top compensation $21.50 and an excellent benefit package including Health/Dental Ins./401K/Paid vacation.
