MDW is currently seeking a mid- senior l evel Human Resource Analyst to support our F-35 Joint Strike Fighter customer in Arlington, VA or Crystal City, VA. Note that this position requires candidates be located within reasonable proximity to Arlington and/or Crystal City, VA in order to support the JPO customer with on-site meetings and other in-person requirements. The Human Resource Analyst will perform a combination of some or all of the following duties: Pro v ide s program analy s i s, and projec t support to t he Manpo w er Management Integrated Produc t Te a m w ith a focu s on w orkforce acqui s i t ion , re t ention and de v elopmen t requirement s ; impro v ed w orkforce support and de v elopmen t paradigm ; propo s i t ion and s uppo r t of implementing change management plans ; propose tactical / strategic goal s, de v elopment / pro v ide on-going analy s i s and recommendations , and project leader s hip on human capital i ss ue s w ithin the HR / Manpo w er Managemen t Te a m Manage s the internal Human Re s ource informa t ion s y s tem w hich i s used a s a manpo w er database s imilar in con t ent and inten t as PeopleSoft Required Skills/Experience: A minimum of one ( 1 ) year of t ot a l busines s proces s experience in ei t her a DoD w e a pon s y s tem program office or commercial s etting A minimum of fi v e ( 5 ) year s of experience in research regarding w orkforce ma tt er s, training and de v elopment Ad v anced proficiency in Micro s oft Office Produc t s to s pecificall y include: Word , Po w erPoint , Excel and Outlook ( to include ad v anced formulations and repor t ing techniques ) Experience in hum a n capital policie s and be st practice s in DoD Experience in de v eloping and managing formal tas k managemen t proce ss es and t ool s e ts E xperience with independentl y performing du t ie s a nd le a ding execu t ion of ta s k s to completion Education Requirements: Degree in B us ine ss , M a n a gement , or related di s cipline OR an Associate's Degree plus 4 years of additional related work experience required.
