Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Now Hiring for FT and PT LPNs on 7-3, 3-11 and 11-7 shifts! We are seeking qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Professionals to join our team, Full-Time, on the evening shift in our skilled nursing home. As an LPN, some of the duties you will be responsible for include: Providing basic medical attention to patients and assessing their wellbeing as part of a larger medical team. Checking vital signs and recording a patient's medical history in a confidential manner Assist nursing and medical staff with tasks, such as administering medication Explaining treatments and procedures to patients and families Changing dressings and bandages, ensuring patients are healing properly Maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of each patient, including bathing, feeding, and dressing Some of the key requirements include: Must be licensed as an LPN in New York State Will be friendly and sociable and be able to provide comfort to patients with good interpersonal skills - both verbal and in writing Must be detail-oriented, able to notice any changes in a patient's condition and report changes to our care team 2+ years of hands on experience providing care through clinical rotation, on the job training through a nursing program or experience as a private care giver Team member - Will follow direction, guidance and feedback from Supervisors Fully Vaccinated Against COVID-19 Job Posted by ApplicantPro
