Description: As the Graphic Designer, your objective is to create and maintain a wide variety of print and digital marketing materials. You'll work with our customers to create custom designs for them as well as with internal departments to create materials needed within the organization. We are seeking the right individual who works well in a team environment and who possesses the skills to maintain existing designs as well as create new materials that align with DMP's brand and marketing initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a design-related field or extensive graphic design experience in a professional environment 1+ years of professional design experience with an excellent portfolio of work. High proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat and PowerPoint. Have a solid understanding of visual hierarchy and typography. Ability to concept new designs based off of previous work and/or style guides. Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail. Self starter. Takes responsibility to solve problems and improve efficiency. Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment while managing day-to-day tasks. Experience with digital and 4-color printing processes and pre-press printing preparation. Nice to have, but not required: Javascript, HTML, After Effects, Mailchimp, FusionPro, Excel Confluence Craft CMS + Freeform Copywriting Responsibilities: Work with Product Management and Art Director to create and maintain existing sales materials for customers and internal departments. Utilize templates, paragraph styles, master pages as needed. Work with customers to create customized literature and keypad labeling. Work with customers on their artwork requirements. Provide print/digital materials such as name badges, place cards, event guides, signage, dcor, social graphics, etc. for customer and employee events. Use data merge to import attendee information from Freefom/Excel. Regularly make updates and changes to the DMP website.
