CPC is seeking candidates for our Intake Manager position. Benefits include... New hire incentive payment of one thousand five hundred dollars, paid in two installments. Eligibility for health, paid dental, and paid vision coverage. 401(k) plan, with 3% match. Paid time off, sick time, and vacation time. 10 company-paid holidays plus 2 floating holidays. Tuition Reimbursement. Summers off with benefit premiums paid. (Teacher roles only.) Ability to work from home 5 days per month (6 months from start date) Pay differential for bilingual staff. SUMMARY: To support Community Progress Council's Intake Department with direct supervision and management of Resource Navigators. The Intake Manager will take the lead in all Intake Department functions including supporting the Resource Navigators in addressing complex needs using an individualized, culturally sensitive, and client-centered approach to coordinate services internally and externally to support individuals in reaching self-sufficiency. Essential Functions Actively collaborate with other department managers to develop priorities, analyze data to drive planning, and create action plans to support CPC initiatives. Support the implementation of Family Centered Coaching and work with other managers to integrate and coordinate comprehensive services. Interview, hire and provide high quality training and coaching to new hires; implement training plan in combination with on-boarding curriculum; provides on-going coaching and mentoring to ensure high quality services to clients. Train and provide on-going support to Resource Navigators in completing a holistic assessment using client demographic information that determines readiness to change, potential referrals, and program placement; ensures advocacy on behalf of client is client-centered, appropriate, and effective. Supports Resource Navigators in providing clients who are "in-crisis" with mitigation of immediate needs then provides efficient transition to assigned program coach. Provide individual supervision to Resource Navigators to ensure they can adequately meet the needs of and provide high quality services to clients using critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Directly responsible for the on-going monitoring of documentation by Resource Navigators. Quality data entry is essential. Maintain and support an electronic record-keeping system that ensure complete up to date, confidential client records. Audit individual client files and client data entry to ensure compliance in Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) and Community Care Behavioral Health (CCBH) reporting needs and requirements. Manage system and procedures for walk in clients, phone calls, and schedule appointments efficiently and in conjunction with Resource Navigators and other program managers. Develop and maintain relationships with community agencies and groups to coordinate referrals and services to clients; help to identify gaps in services. Education and Other Requirements Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field is preferred, plus at least two years of related supervisory experience is required.
