Every year, we deliver more than 1.4 billion pounds of bulk and packaged resins to custom and proprietary manufacturers of plastic products; injection molders, blow molders, compounders and extruders.For five decades, Bamberger has provided competitive pricing, exceptional service and technical expertise to our clients.While priorities and objectives may change, our core values do not: Integrity We are honest and ethical in each and every transaction Diligence We are conscientious, careful, and persistent in our work Respect We strive to bring value to every business relationship The role of a Customer Service representative is to provide support to sales representatives, as well as work with our warehouses and customers.This role will work across the Northeast Region to facilitate effective administration and office operating procedures related to the customer experience service.You will support the Northeast Sales Region by coordinating client orders, supplier purchase orders, local shipments within the Region and billing.Required Skills: High-level of attention to detail is required Motivated & ambitious candidate Strong communication skills, verbal and written Self-disciplined with excellent organization, prioritization and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite College Diploma (Associate's or higher) in Business Admin and/or equivalent is preferred but can be substituted with experience (3-5 years) Job Type: Full-time
