TRACK MAINTENANCE WORKER $3,500 SIGN ON BONUS! HIRING IMMEDIATELY FOR FULL TIME POSITIONS! Location: Running Aces Casino Hotel Racetrack - 15201 Running Aces Blvd, Columbus, MN 55025 Schedule: Full-time. May include weekends and holidays. Perks: Benefits (full time), 401k (full & part time), $3,500 sign on bonus and more! POSITION SUMMARY: The Track Maintenance Worker is responsible for maintaining the track and grounds of the property, and to help out wherever needed within the facilities department. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Grooming and maintenance of one of the industry's highest rated racing surfaces, during training and live racing Maintaining and cleaning equipment required to put on a first-class show Maintaining the look and functionality of a state-of-the-art horse stabling and track facility Snow removal during winter Event set up/take down Assisting other departments as needed including, Food and Beverage, Marketing, Casino, and other Facilities groups JOB REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience in an agricultural setting Experience operating tractors, trucks, skid steers is a must Ability to work various shifts, weekend work required Good communication skills Must be a good team player Must be able to handle frequent heavy lifting Current valid Driver's License Must be at least 18 years old Pay depending on skill level and previous experience SKILLS & ABILITIES: Accountability - Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions. Communication - Ability to communicate effectively with others using spoken word. Reliability - The trait of being dependable and trustworthy. Time Management - Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Detail oriented - Strong attention to detail. Safety - Ability to identify and correct conditions that affect employee safety.
