SUMMARY : This position will support the Missile Defense Agency in Huntsville, AL assisting DoD Budget/Financial Analysis. The qualified candidate will be capable of assisting in the execution of the following tasks: Execution of program funds, monitor obligations and expenditures, and support development and review of program budget Track, analyze, and execute program funding and prepare monthly execution reports Competent and efficient in use of financial systems Use automated systems to initiate Purchase Requests (PRs) documents (to include generating MIPRs and contract modifications) Troubleshoot and resolve issues in regards to execution and beyond daily duties REQUIREMENTS: BS/BA in business or related field Established knowledge of Excel and MS Office suite Understanding of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Verbal) The ability to work in a Team environment Applicants selected must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance upon hire date DESIRED SKILLS: Ability to multi-task; effectively manage time, and work under firm and quick turn-around deadlines Microsoft Office Suite proficiency Planning, problem solving, data collection, and analytical skills Vali Incorporated is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
