Aggregate Dispatch Administrator General Purpose The Dispatch Administrator would manage the daily orders to help facilitate the needs of operations. Assist in meeting company objectives by coordinating the flow of information to ensure it is both timely and accurate. The specific duties of the day are dependent upon the orders. Additional duties include maintaining open lines of communication with customers, dispatch/billing, and the specific trucks on site. The job is seasonal and generally runs from early spring to late fall, weather permitting. Work hours are generally 10 hour days, but may exceed that during peak production times. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities Fielding and directing telephone calls Receiving/directing/assisting customer and vendors Word Processing Creating Spreadsheets Data Entry Filing Weekly Reports as required Assisting with General Aggregate Sales Communicate site specific information to sales, dispatch, and billing departments Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience High school diploma generally required Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures Knowledge of computers and relevant software application Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Keyboard skills Key Competencies Verbal and written communication skills Professional personal presentation Customer service orientation Information management Organizing and planning Attention to detail Initiative Reliability Stress tolerance Compensation Compensation package is dependent upon qualifications and experience Must possess current valid driver license and pass pre-employment drug testing and background check.
