The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties in Harrisburg and Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking to hire a full-time entry-level Industry Integrated Supervisor who is responsible for the supervision of the vocational rehabilitation and training of individuals with special needs receiving employment skills training in an integrated work setting. For decades, children and adults with disabilities were systematically denied educational opportunities, vocational training jobs, housing, and almost every other right and service that people without disabilities took for granted. Today, our staff continues to advocate for people with disabilities; offer tools and training to help families; and ensure that individuals live, work, and play in their community.
