Our focus is to provide technology solutions that simplify the lives of our clients. We are currently accepting resumes for an AV - Security Technician. This is an entry level, full-time position responsible for assisting with the implementation of all project sales and service and following SOP procedures. Main Job Task and Responsibilities: Will learn to install electronics, alarm systems, audio video system, routers, networking, and WiFi Will manage daily email and general correspondence for new projects and existing clients as needed Will review / submit Client Service Work Orders for billing via PSA Tools when needed Key Competencies excels with people and communication proficient with computers and electronics problem analysis and assessment judgment and problem solving demonstrates good decision-making skills demonstrates good planning and organizing skills demonstrates good work and time management skills attention to detail and high level of accuracy information gathering and monitoring initiative integrity adaptability teamwork and collaboration loves the technology and electronic industry High school diploma required.
