If you are detail-oriented and fully capable of installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, this job is for you! About the Meskwaki Housing Department :The Sac & Fox Tribe of the Mississippi in Iowa Housing Department was established to provide safe, modern, and quality homes for individuals and families in a fair, cost-effective manner. A day in the Life of a HVAC Technician :One of the members of our great housing team will notify you of any incoming service calls, you would then travel to the customer, or the new housing location, to support and make recommendations to find the optimal air quality system to meet the HVAC needs. In addition, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, warranty, and emergency repairs of the air quality systems from installation to end-of-life. We also take service calls after work hours, over the weekends and on holidays, so please be prepared to work on short notice. What you need to be qualified for this job: High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent Master's license in HVAC preferred, Journeyman's license required 8+ years experience preferred as an HVAC technician Valid driver's license and must be insurable Are you ready to join our team?
