Talent Acquisition/Payroll Specialist, Full-time Minnesota Urology P.A. (MNU) is the largest independent urologic specialty practice in the state of Minnesota. MNU was formed as the result of a merger of Minnesota's two most respected independent urology practices; Minnesota Urology and Urology Associates. Position Overview: This position works with all levels within the organization as well as external partners in the execution of services to ensure MN Urology P.A. (MNU) is appropriately staffed through focused recruitment and that payroll is completely timely and accurately. The successful candidate will have a business-focused mindset to help translate business objectives into tangible results using a variety of creative methods. Qualifications for this position include: Bachelor's degree in the field of Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 2-5 years' experience and knowledge of HR functions, policy and procedure administration, payroll and employee benefits programs. Minimum of 2 - 4 years focused experience in all aspects of recruitment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge and acumen in all phases of processing payroll. Prior experience and knowledge with HRIS systems required. Experience working in the healthcare field preferred. Minnesota Urology places the needs of our patients and workers as a top priority.
