Track and Field Coach Salary : $10.50 - $13.80 per hour Track and Field Coach Hours : 9 AM-12 PM Saturday Mornings (part time) Track and Field Coach Responsibilities : Organizing participation for our track and field programs and leagues Leading energizing, fun, and safe programs and classes for participants Ensuring that programs are executed to meet the needs of all ages, abilities, and skill levels of our children Building and maintaining strong relationships with both the program participants and parents Maintaining knowledge of safety and emergency procedures Track and Field Coach Qualifications : Are at least 18 years old Have strong relationship development skills Maintain effective communication lines with the children, parents and fellow staff Able to motivate, educate, and develop program and league participants 1+ years of sports coaching experience (preferred) Model values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility Are able to perform First Aid/CPR/AED/Emergency Oxygen (training provided) Track and Field Coach Benefits: Supplemental Benefits, 403(b) Smart Account, YMCA Retirement Fund (12% Employer Contribution) FREE YMCA Membership 30% Discounts on Childcare and Camp Programs Employee Assistance and Wellness Programs Salary: $ 10.50 - $13.80 per hour Hours: 9 AM-12 PM Saturday Mornings Job Type: Part-time YMCA is an Equal Opportunity Employer All Qualified Women, Minorities, Persons with Disabilities, and US Veterans Encouraged to Apply ARE YOU READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?
