The Varsity Assistant Field Hockey Coach will assist the head coach with practice and game planning execution and will be required to attend practices, meetings, games, and team events. Candidates should be able to understand and demonstrate tactical aspects of field hockey and be able to lead drills and training sessions with the head coach. About You The ideal candidate for the Varsity Assistant Field Hockey Coach at The Episcopal Academy will possess the following: Prior playing or coaching experience at the collegiate level preferred; successful high school or club coaching experience considered. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Demonstrate the ability to lead, motivate and teach students. Assist with the design and maintenance of a successful program. Integrate the individual sports program with the educational purposes of the school. Pass all required clearances. Varsity Assistant field hockey coach for a stipend position for the 2023 fall season.
