This is a paid, hands-on training position to build a career in the HVAC industry! What you will be doing: Installing residential HVAC equipment into residential homes Receiving hands on training and instruction on the job site Qualifications / Skills: Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Be on time, reliable and a team player daily Prior experience working in construction / landscaping, or similar industry is ideal Able to tolerate working in tight spaces, excessive heat, attics, crawl spaces etc. Able to work independently and as a team Mechanical aptitude Problem solving mentality Ability to keep track of tools and be well organized Take pride in your work - maintain a clean working space and make things look like they should be on display at a store! Follow all safety protocols Willingness to invest in basic tools for the industry Prior insulation, weatherization, ductwork, or HVAC experience is plus!
