Job Summary As a CM on our team you will support the High Performance Computing Integration team and will be responsible for design, development, and execution of configuration management processes for developmental and operational systems. Primary Responsibilities Understand basic concepts, manage, maintain, and develop the environment for software product build, staging, testing, deployment and integration. Utilize or recommend automated configuration management tools to store, track, and manage configuration items. Support developmental and operational teams to create and maintain configuration baselines (development, test, production, etc.) Develop or modify CM plans, policies, and procedures tailored to the complexity and scope of the developmental system. Implement CM discipline for the entire life cycle of systems from initial requirements/capabilities' baselines to system end of life. Perform change control and configuration audits. Excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Basic Qualifications Position requires a TS//SCI with poly Education and Experience Requirements Eight (8) years' experience as a CM in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. A Bachelor's degree in a technical or Business discipline from an accredited college or university is required. A Master's degree may be substituted for two (2) years of experience, thereby reducing the total years of experience to six (6). Four (4) years of additional CM experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
