Summary: Graspa Group is hiring a full-time Accountant (35/40 hours) to join our financial department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Verifies and reconciles financial transactions Develops reports and reconciles data Compiles reports to show statistics such as cash receipts and expenditures, accounts payable and receivables, profit and loss, and other items pertinent to operation of business Prepares bank deposits, checks and reconciles bank statements as needed Data entry Assists Accounting manager and CEO with special projects as necessary Experience with different accounting software Perform receptionist duties when needed Required Education and Experience Minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited college. Minimum two years accounting experience. Experience working with financial statements and or bookkeeping preferred. Advanced level Excel skills required. Schedule Monday to Friday - 9 am to 5 pm.
