DevOps Engineer Secret clearance or interim secret clearance is required for this position Redan DevOps Engineer is an expert in Kubernetes and Docker and works closely with technical architects and clients to understand documentation requirements and ensure timely delivery. As a DevOps Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and manage software development pipelines, infrastructure, and deployment processes using Kubernetes and Docker. You will also play a critical role in automating tasks, monitoring system performance, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. What You'll Be Doing As the DevOps Engineer at Redan, you will: Work with technical architects and clients to understand documentation requirements and ensure timely delivery Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software development pipelines, infrastructure, and deployment processes using various DevOps tools and technologies Develop and maintain automated build, test, and deployment processes Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement Troubleshoot and resolve production issues Ensure high availability and scalability of production systems Manage and maintain container-based infrastructure and services using Kubernetes, Docker, and other container platforms such as Red Hat OpenShift Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with regulations, including experience with Prisma Cloud integration with Docker containers for security Profile of Success Bachelor's degree 3+ years of experience using Docker Enterprise 2+ years of experience using Kubernetes (both automation and Inspec compliance) Strong verbal and written communications skills Ability to obtain Government Secret Security Clearance Required: Secret clearance or interim secret clearance is required for this position Our IDEAL DevOps Engineer Will Have: Experience with any of the following: Agile Development, Terraform, Docker Trusted Registry, Vault, Nomad, Ruby Development, Nexus, GitLab Experience with Prisma Cloud integration with Docker containers for security Experience with container platforms (ex. Red Hat OpenShift) Experience in SAFe Agile methodology Experience in a large scale Federal IT Program Active Secret Clearance Conditions of Employment US Citizenship is required Bachelor's Degree required Expertise with Kubernetes and Docker Must be willing to work onsite (currently 2x every 2 weeks, on a rotational schedule by team) Compensation Pay and benefits information for this position will be provided to interested candidates that apply.
