Primary Job Functions Graphic Design & Production (Catalog, Email, Packaging, Social Media, Website, etc) Visual Asset Management & Ownership (Audit, Correct, File, Organize, Share) Project Management of Key Initiatives Website and E-commerce Driver Video Production and Editing Collaboration with Marketing Team Production Designer Management Strategic Branding Assistance Job Responsibilities Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery. Design and execute strong, attractive designs for all marketing collateral: ads, flyers, packaging, signage, social media, websites, etc. Collaborate with marketing leadership and team members to ensure designs are completed on-time, within budget, and reflecting our strategic goals. Drive our branding strategy and ensure consistency throughout all our marketing projects. Improve user experience online through tools, images, and other visual media. Proactively maintain and update sales collateral to maximize their revenue potential. Maintain file storage and proper naming conventions of all graphics assets. Play an active role in customer acquisition, automation, and content strategies, ensuring the right messaging and buying experience. Manage our video production process, including brainstorming, vendor management, editing and production. Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software. Oversee contract production designer time and projects. Enhance the website speed, performance, and capabilities via detailed analytics. Coordinate print orders and prepare design files for print. Identify trends and employ new graphics techniques. Maintain continual knowledge of Storm Creek products, sales channels, and customers. Edit designs to shorten review period and improve output. Design efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Assist with other marketing projects as needed. Required Abilities 5+ years of graphic design experience 2- or 4-year degree in related field preferred Adobe Creative Cloud: Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word Adobe Premiere Pro/Other Video Editing Software Nice-to-Have Experience Klaviyo EMS Shopify Zoho CRM UX/UI Design ABOUT STORM CREEK We are a fast-growing, outdoor-inspired apparel company.
