ABOUT THIS POSITION We are currently searching for an IT Security Manager to join our Technology team. Your primary focus will be to ensure that our systems are hardened and remain secure. If you have passion, knowledge, and expertise in security risk management, excellent communication and time management skills, are self disciplined and trustworthy, then we would love to hear from you . KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Review all operations and infrastructure to monitor the company's digital security footprint. Maintain all security tools and technology. Monitor internal and external policy compliance to information security standards. Monitor regulation compliance. Work with different departments in the organization to reduce risk across the enterprise. Audit policies and controls continuously. Detail security incident response and disaster recovery programs. Vendor management. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Information Security or related technical experience. 2-3 years of experience managing security and compliance. 4+ years of experience managing security and compliance for an entire organization preferred. Proficient knowledge of security tools and technologies. Possess a deep understanding and continuous focus on security risk management best practices and evolving threats.
