This position at our chiropractic clinic earns a competitive salary of $60,000 - $100,000/year , depending on experience. Bonuses are available depending on performance. DAY-TO-DAY As a Sales Development Specialist, you play an important role in ensuring the highest level of profitability, customer communication, and customer satisfaction for our chiropractic clinic. As social media and website leads come in, you use your company cell phone to answer them. You make every potential client feel special, earning a bonus for every appointment you make. Always organized and efficient, you also make outgoing calls to confirm appointments and reactivate previous patients. Using our customer relationship management (CRM) software and Google Calendar, you diligently track follow-ups, never letting a potential client slip through the cracks. Always maintaining a friendly demeanor, you text and email our clients to answer questions and ensure they achieve the results they desire. Our clinic can always count on you to provide exceptional customer service no matter what.
