Vero Health Center is currently hiring for a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to help our human resources department hire great talent in the West Des Moines, IA area. This position earns a competitive salary of $60,000-$90,000/year . DAY-TO-DAY Our office hours are Monday and Thursday 9:00am - 6:00pm, Tuesday hours will rotate between the early shift (7:00am - 9:00am) and the later shift (4:00pm - 6:00pm), Wednesday 7:00am - 4:00pm, and Friday 7:00am - 2:00pm. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. In this human resources position, you have the important task of finding talent to add to our amazing chiropractic team. With this task in mind, you are always seeking ways to spread the word about us through a variety of networking and recruiting avenues. Once applications come in, you sort through them and perform interviews by phone, a task that comes easily to you because you're an adept communicator who loves meeting new people. You also have a keen instinct for spotting the applicants who would be a great fit for our team. Once the hiring decision is made, you onboard the new personnel and help them feel comfortable in their new role. Answering questions about our chiropractic clinic is second nature to you because you are passionate about the work we do. You also pitch in on a variety of other human resources and office duties, and you feel great knowing our office runs more smoothly with you around.
