Responsible for orchestrating day to day client delivery for the Information Safeguards Division. Provide client interface and report to clients and senior contractor team leadership. Must be capable of working in a team environment.The Location: Huntsville, Alabama: Best Places to Live For more information about AM Pierce & Associates/ATG, please visit our website at http://atg-contracting.com AND www.ampierce.com .The Description: Support administration of the Agency Operations Security (OPSEC) Program: Maintain and draft updates as necessary for MDA OPSEC policy documents, OPSEC instruction, OPSEC Coordinator handbook, and the MDA Master Critical Information List. Provide assistance to, and oversight of, OPSEC Coordinators in developing and implementing their OPSEC programs. Conduct OPSEC assessments and assist OPSEC Coordinators with their self-assessments, and draft associated memoranda. Conduct OPSEC coordination meetings. Draft memoranda and associated staffing documentation for task response packages. Maintain metrics and produce monthly and annual OPSEC status reports. Draft OPSEC-related Communication Round Table announcements, portal, and kiosk banners as part of an OPSEC awareness campaign. Attend installation's monthly meeting and annual OPSEC awareness day. Draft MDA's annual OPSEC report. Update task database and file system folders. Maintain metrics; produce monthly and annual task metric reports. The successful candidate will have the education and experience below: 8 + years working on missile defense related or other complex/large DoD programs/projects BA/BS degree relevant to the Security/CI fields preferred Capable of providing support in detailed research, analysis, and production of security related products is required Capable of providing expertise, and analytical techniques and processes for supported activities is required. Possesses the specialized knowledge required to support the PWS and can work independently and/or leading/supporting teams to solve complex problems is required. Excellent competency with the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Secret clearance required. May require TS with SCI eligibility Preferred Qualifications: OPSEC Analysis Course (OPSEC - 2380) OPSEC Program Management Course (OPSEC 2390) The Working Environment: The physical environment requires the employee to work on-site at the government program office, sitting in a cubicle or at a desk, looking at a computer for most of the workday. The employee may be required to walk short distances to offices/conference rooms and buildings on site. On some occasions, the employee may be required to drive to offices or buildings near the work site.
