Site Operations Manager Eastern Montana/West North Dakota Sand Processing FacilityWe are a young and rapidly-growing sand processing company located in rural North Dakota looking forthe right person to add to our leadership team. The successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit to work in an early-stage company as it deals with rapid expansion, and the technical and management skills to manage a team of 20+ employees in an industrial operation running 24/7. Duties and Responsibilities : Plan and direct the daily operations and production plan. Hiring and managing a growing workforce of 20+ individuals Plan and establish work schedules, assignments and production sequences to meet production goals. Implements and monitor procedures to maximize plant efficiency while controlling cost of production. Participate in mine planning and equipment evaluations. Coordinate maintenance projects, service work, and repairs to ensure proper utilization and maintenance of all equipment so that costs and downtime are minimized and all equipment is available when needed. Must have the ability to exercise discretion and good judgment in supervising subordinates. These tasks include but are not limited to: interviewing, delegating responsibilities and tasks, performance evaluations, counseling, and disciplining. Review and maintain all MSHA paperwork Ensure all employees have proper MSHA training Other duties as assigned. Qualifications We are looking for an individual with exceptional skills managing and motivating an industrial workforce in a growing company Experience in a supervisory capacity in an industrial, construction, or field services capacity 8 years experience in a supervisory capacity showing steady advancement Excellent communication and time management skills Experience and ability to manage a maintenance and repair function Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, with HeavyJob experience preferred Compensation: Competitive salary and opportunities for advancement Job Posted by ApplicantPro
