Licensed Social Worker-Social Worker Supervisor Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation, located in New Hyde Park, NY, is seeking a Licensed Social Worker for a Supervisory role at our world-class skilled nursing facility located on the Queens-Long Island border. Reporting to the Director of Social Services, the Supervisor assists in departmental management, clinical education and administrative supervision to encompass regulatory guidance for patient care, patient and family education, clinical leadership and delivery of social work services. Position Overview: In this key supervisory role working alongside with caring, dedicated, and experienced senior leadership, you will take part in the clinical and departmental practices and standards while working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team of care to implement and manage the delivery of social services to the residents and patients of Parker.
