Known for high quality work, customer service, and timely completion of projects, we are growing and looking for qualified candidates to add to our team.A JMAC Resources Laborer is an entry-level position. Laborers will typically work with crews including heavy equipment operators to support and complete projects. DUTIES Perform all assigned duties with a commitment to safe operations according with our People First, Safety Always company value. Perform duties requiring physical labor including lifting, pulling, pushing heavy objects. Perform tasks such as transporting parts and supplies, removing or installing fencing, assist crews in laying in ground pipeline, manage pumps and lay flat hose, site work such as removing trees and brush, and being a spotter for equipment operators. Transport parts and supplies to the jobsite from a storage site or the nearest town duties as assigned. Other general labor duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS Demonstrated commitment to safety Commitment to performing quality work and to working efficiently Ability to use small tools such as hand tools, chainsaw, axe, etc safety and effectively Ability to work well as a member of a team and independently Ability to communicate effectively Ability to interpret directions, plans, and specifications for projects Ability to problem solve as needed in order to obtain desired results Ability to read and understand company policies and procedures Ability to lift up to 75 pounds Ability to work outside in the elements Be available to work overtime and nights if needed Possess a valid driver's license Qualified candidates must be able to pass drug, alcohol and background checks Job Posted by ApplicantPro
