The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing team members to advance their success both personally and professionally. The ability to foster a collaborative environment, build a cohesive team and work effectively with the General Manager is essential to the role. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales process from start to finish, utilize data to make effective decisions, develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy, and achieve sales goals. In addition, this role will be a resource to the team, bringing a positive, can-do spirit, and strengthening the Mast Roofing & Construction brand. Sales Manager position qualifications: Minimum of four (4) years of sales experience, required Sales experience within an "in home" setting, preferred Minimum of two (2) years of experience providing successful leadership to a department/team, required An understanding of construction or related industries, a plus, but not required The ability to utilize marketing and advertising strategies to drive growth, a plus Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, essential Proficiency with technology, strongly preferred; with MS Office – specifically Excel / Google Sheets, a plus Demonstrated community involvement, desired
