July 5, 2023 through July 31, 2023 Part-time / Seasonal / Hourly - No Benefits Monday - Friday / 8:45 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. (One day a week will be 8:45 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. due to a weekly field trip) EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION: Previous experience working with students of various ages in or outside of the classroom ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (Essential functions, as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act, may include the following duties, knowledge, skills and other characteristics. This list is ILLUSTRATIVE ONLY and is not a comprehensive listing of all functions and tasks performed by incumbents of this class.) DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (which are not in any hierarchical order) Must be 15 years or older and able to meet physical demands of job. Maintain constant supervision of students in their groups Interact with students throughout the program Supervise and participate with students during all field trips Maintain a positive environment Attend all planning meetings and summer staff meetings Other duties as assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Valid Driver's License; Ability to pass a background check and any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skill and abilities.
