Spectrum Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, Inc. is looking to hire a full-time AC & Light Refrigeration Service Tech / Installer to save the day for our clients by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing their AC and refrigeration systems in the Ft. Myers, FL area. You will also use your expertise to make suggestions for replacement upgrades. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN AC & LIGHT REFRIGERATION SERVICE TECH / INSTALLER HVAC technician experience equating to 5+ years Previous system installation experience Diploma or certificate from a reputable HVAC school EPA certified NATE certification OR willing to obtain it Own your own hand tools including manifold gauges, a multimeter, a leak detector, and a refrigerant scale Comfortable working in all sorts of weather conditions Can lift and move heavy equipment Can twist and turn in tight spaces Pass a background check and drug screen Great with customers Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment?
