We pay for your malpractice insurance, licensing, dues, lab fees, and provide an allowance for continuing education. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ASSOCIATE DENTIST As an Associate Dentist at Robinwood Dental, you'll enjoy being part of a busy and thriving practice. Each day, you'll have the opportunity to help a mix of new and regular patients maintain and improve their smiles. You'll work with two trained dental assistants to perform routine and complex dental procedures. Additionally, you'll be working with a team of hygienists to provide periodic exams during routine dental cleanings. Patient and gentle, our dentists have empathy for their patients and do their best to put them at ease. Your patients will put their trust in you. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ASSOCIATE DENTIST Minimum of one year of experience in private practice (no recent graduates or immediately post-residency). Valid dental license for the state of Maryland Leadership skills WORK SCHEDULE In addition to normal office hours (M-Th, 8-5 & F, 8-2) , there is an on-call rotation between all of the dentists . Rotation is from Wednesday to Wednesday. If you are not available to be on-call as scheduled, it is your responsibility to swap with another dentist. READY TO JOIN OUR DENTISTRY TEAM?
