**$1,500 SIGN-ON BONUS** Residence Managers plan, supervise, and coordinate support services required to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment. Responsibilities include: supervising a team of Direct Support Professionals, planning staff coverage, and collaborating with the Community Residence team to ensure that the health and safety needs of residents are fulfilled. They also assist with the coordination of services, planning, and management of residents' health, recreational and social activities. Those in this position are passionate about supporting others and making a difference in people's lives.
