Altitude Trampoline Park Butler, PA is looking for energetic individuals with a passion for guest experience to join our management team! Our Managers are tasked with maintaining a safe and fun environment for all Altitude Trampoline Park employees and jumpers! What You Need -Excellent communication skills -Reliable transportation, to and from work-Completion of in-house safety training A Typical Day -Communicate and enforce all park regulations and jumping rules in a personable and professional manner-Remain alert and use all senses while supervising park guest-Manage employee relations -Provide courteous customer experience and responds to customer's questions, complaints or requests. -Establish and maintain a safe environment for patrons and staff in and around jumping surfaces, foam pits, and other activity areas-Complete opening and closing duties such as safety audits, cash deposits, and other managerial checklists-Work as a team with other management team members-Perform any other services or duties as required by Management Perks -Flexible schedule-Competitive Pay-Management experience a plus, but not required Altitude Trampoline Park is the world's premier trampoline park that offers fun and exercise for jumpers of all ages.
