ABOUT THIS POSITION We are currently searching for an Associate Account Executive to join our Sales team. Your primary focus will be to prospect into the K-12 market to secure opportunities for the Account Executive to engage with key district administrators. If you have passion, knowledge, excellent communication and time management skills, and are self-disciplined and trustworthy, we would love to hear from you . You'll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to do the following: Prospect new customers Follow-up Track calls and schedule events in Salesforce Mining - identify target contacts Territory and Need Alignment Identify target audience and messaging Communicate with Territory Account Executives to understand territory initiatives and language to include in prospecting calls Sales Training You'll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things: Utilize your Bachelor's Degree in Professional Sales, Business Administration, Communications or a related field, (degree not required with adequate relevant experience) Demonstrate Sales or Business Development know-how Effectively use a CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics, Hubspot, etc). We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you'll be accountable for hitting the following numbers: 100-150 calls per day Schedule 1-2 PSPs/Demos a day Ensure growth and development in both sales acumen and experience.
