Global C2 Integration Technologies is seeking an Intermediate-level Project Manager to lead the Maintenance Support field service functional area of the Pocket J maintenance, Cybersecurity, and systems upgrade program team. PRIMARY DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES: Serves as the Maintenance Support Manager for the Pocket J systems maintenance, Cybersecurity, and systems upgrades program. Pocket J is the primary ground-based Tactical Data Link (TDL) Gateway supporting Headquarters Air Combat Command and the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) air sovereignty missions for Home Land Defense (HLD) in direct, functional support of the Continental United States (CONUS) NORAD Region (CONR) Concept of Operations. Skills Required: • Current Secret security clearance• B.S. degree• Demonstrated intermediate-level experience (3-7 years) in the management of substantial design, development, and test projects• Experience in organizing, directing, and coordinated planning and implementation of contract support activities• Recent, relevant experience with interfacing with government and contractor personnel• Experience with the formulation and review of project feasibility studies• Demonstrated experience in interpreting and implementing productive organizational policies, purposes, and goals for subordinates• Experience managing logistics support for military systems• Managed system safety studies• Experience identifying, acquiring, and utilizing all required resources to achieve project objectives• Understands the Air Force budget system• Recent relevant experience with systems upgrades and test planning, execution, and post implementation documentation and senior staff briefing development and presentation• Experience leading a functional area team• Pertinent classroom instruction from a technical school and on-the-job training• Demonstrated Journeyman experience (2-4 years) in the dismantling and reassembly of electronic equipment• Experience maintaining, repairing, testing, calibrating, tuning, adjusting, etc. all types of electronic equipment used in a networked system of systems• Proficient at using IMS, Excel, Project, and AF CAM• Excellent organizational, interpersonal communications and writing skills; to include experience with technical and professional writing Desired Qualifications/Experience: • Current Top Secret security clearance• 12 years DoD experience as a military and/or contractor personnel• Experience leading and scheduling a geographically dispersed team• Previous Pocket J or similar DLO-TDL network support experience• AOC graduate and/or experienced JICO• Instructor and training experience• Master's Degree Location: Austin, TX / Remote possible with optimal candidate Clearance Required: Current Secret security clearance Job Type: Full-time, Contract - Contingent Upon Contract Award Compensation: Based on experience Please email inquiries to: XXXX@gc2it.com Global C2 Integration Technologies is a Veteran Owned/Disabled Small Business that provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
