We are seeking a full-time Warehouse Manager for our distribution and fulfillment center in Center Line, Michigan. Qualifications 2-5 years relevant work experience Ability to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch, and twist Ability to work occasional evening/weekend shifts Basic math skills Must be at least 21 years of age or older Exceptional customer service skills Excellent judgment and work ethic Professionalism, patience, and process-driven approach Attention to detail Professional appearance Punctual and on-time Responsibilities Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of inventory orders Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations Motivating and disciplining staff Assisting with deliveries where required Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the fulfillment center, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime Assisting with inventory input into METRC Other duties as assigned Benefits: 401(k) Dental Insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8-hour shift Day shift Holidays Monday to Friday Weekend availability JARS Cannabis is an EEO Employer
