Red Pepper Software is seeking a Strategic Growth Sales Manager to drive business development and expansion by identifying and taking advantage of market opportunities while mitigating risks. As the Strategic Growth Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and targets new and existing clients. You will identify potential clients, generate leads through various channels, and build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their business goals. In this role, you will lead the next phase of business development and expansion. You will work with the CEO and President to create new and grow existing sales channels for continued growth within the service product and soft product offering areas of the company. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, customer success, and fulfillment, to align sales strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience. Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing a sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and targets new and existing clients. Personally work in channels to set up repeatable processes, systems, reports, and accountability frameworks for generating sales in said channel. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and providing tailored solutions to meet their business goals. Managing the sales pipeline, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting, to ensure consistent revenue growth and achievement of sales targets. Develop and execute a sales strategy and aggressive sales plan metrics designed to create accountability and meet company revenue goals Growing, managing and motivating the sales team, setting sales targets, and providing coaching and training to ensure their success. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue expectations Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing, product development, customer success, and fulfillment, to align sales strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience. Working with customer success to effectively sell services and products to our existing and past customers, and working on marketing, messaging, and strategies for client retention and expansion. Strong leadership presence with the proven ability to influence and drive change. Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in building motivating sales teams, analyzing sales trends, growing pipeline, and monitoring performance to hit revenue targets Experience in cross-functional teams and have strong business acumen Strong customer relationship management skills Advanced knowledge and understanding of emerging market trends specifically growth opportunities Creativity and the ability for innovation and lateral thinking Ability to interface comfortably and effectively at all levels of the organization Experience with business partnership roles Demonstrable and proven record of driving significant growth at previous organizations Job Posted by ApplicantPro
