A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR This position typically works day shifts on Mondays and Tuesdays and between the hours of 10 AM - 11 PM on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays . Every day in this part-time restaurant management position is different! You're responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, managing our staff, and ensuring that our customers have an exceptional dining experience. Attentive to detail, you skillfully manage our inventory, making sure that our restaurant is always fully stocked. Before service starts, you conduct daily pre-shift meetings to debrief and keep our team updated on the goings-on. You love having the opportunity to further develop your leadership skills in the position! ABOUT SIRENS BAR AND GRILL Our dockside restaurant offers innovative meals and cocktails, all cooked fresh in an open-air kitchen with views of the waterfront. While most of our seating is outdoors, part of it is indoors, creating an amazing fine dining experience. In addition to great food, we have giant outdoor games and live music that help create a fun, playful atmosphere. Sirens Bar and Grill is family-owned, and the owners live on the property, making them readily available to help when needed.
