Job Description Sierra Pacific Home & Comfort is looking for a plumbing helper to assist the Lead Water Installer with water treatment systems and water heaters in residential homes throughout the Sacramento market. This position is designed for someone looking to learn the plumbing trade and develop the skills to advance to a plumbing lead. Responsibilities Provide the best customer experience to our community Assist in assembling and install water heaters, filtration and treatment systems Test water quality Cutting and installing pipes, gas line, valves, adapters and fittings with company provided tools Assist in educating customers in their water filtration system operations Examine plumbing system to determine fittings and material needed Troubleshoot and repair pipe and pipeline systems Adhere to Company safety policies and procedures Hand Trenching & Digging Must take all Assigned Classes through Eco Water University Qualifications Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong customer service skills Desire to exceed customer's expectations Clean DMV record and Driver's license required Drug-free workplace Ability to handle physical workload, including lifting up to 50 lbs Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Vacations Paid Holidays 401K with Employer Match Job Type: Full-time Year-round work Paid training Job Type: Full-time
